Provider credentialing & payer enrollment

Get your providers enrolled, and paid, without the paperwork chase.

We prepare and submit CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payer applications for new providers, new clinics and new locations. Then we follow up every week until each payer approves.

  • A status report on every application, every Friday
  • A payer-by-payer timeline before we start, so you can plan start dates
  • Provider documents only: no patient records needed

Who we help

If a provider can't bill a payer, every visit is unpaid work.

Opening a practice or urgent care

Group and individual enrollment with every payer you plan to accept, ideally started 90–120 days before you open.

Adding a physician or NP

Linking the new provider to your group with each payer, so they can see insured patients from day one.

New location or ownership change

Address, tax ID and ownership updates with every payer, before claims start getting rejected.

Revalidation and CAQH upkeep

Tracking every revalidation and attestation date, so no provider drops out of network by surprise.

What's included

We do the forms, the follow-up and the phone calls.

You send us the provider's documents once. We keep a single checklist for every payer and tell you exactly where each application stands.

  • CAQH ProView profile set-up, document upload and attestation
  • Medicare enrollment through PECOS, individual and group
  • Medicaid enrollment, including Texas Medicaid (TMHP) and its managed care plans
  • Commercial payers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna and Humana
  • Weekly follow-up with every payer until approval, and a Friday status report
  • Effective dates confirmed in writing, so billing starts on the right day
  • Revalidation and re-credentialing reminders before every deadline
  • One shared document checklist, so you send each license and certificate once

How it works

From first call to first paid claim

Most commercial payers take 60–120 days to approve a new application. Some move faster; Medicaid and a few commercial plans can take longer. You get a payer-by-payer estimate before we start.

Common questions

How long does credentialing take?

Most commercial payers approve in 60–120 days from a complete application. We give you a payer-by-payer estimate at the start and update it every Friday.

When should we start for a new provider?

As soon as the provider signs, ideally 90–120 days before their first day. Starting late is the most common reason new providers see patients they cannot bill for.

Can you guarantee approval?

No one can: each payer decides, and some networks are closed in some areas. What we guarantee is complete applications, weekly follow-up and a clear report, so you always know where things stand.

Do we have to use OACIS for billing too?

No. You can use us for credentialing only and hand the approvals to your own billing team.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes. We enroll providers with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payers in any state.

What do you need from us?

A 30-minute intake call and the provider's documents: licenses, DEA, malpractice certificate, board certification, CV, W-9 and bank details for payments. We send one checklist so nothing is asked for twice.
